Returns
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and product photos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund
Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or Cash on Delivery refund arrangement.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Return Shipping
