Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, contact us with your order number and product photos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or Cash on Delivery refund arrangement.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
